1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TwinTone AI's platform at app.twintone.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TwinTone AI provides AI-powered livestreaming and content creation tools, including avatar streaming, video generation, and platform integrations for iGaming and social commerce verticals.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful activities or content.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Use the Service to create misleading or deceptive content.
• Resell or sublicense access without written permission.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are due 100% upfront per the selected plan. We use Stripe for payment processing. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact billing@twintone.ai.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create using the Service is owned by you, subject to any platform-specific terms (TikTok, Kick, etc.). TwinTone retains ownership of the platform, software, and AI models.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TwinTone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for abusive behavior.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
