1. Information We Collect

TwinTone AI ("we", "us") operates the platform at app.twintone.ai. We collect:

• Account information: email, name, and authentication tokens when you create an account.
• Platform integrations: OAuth tokens for connected platforms (TikTok, Kick, etc.). Stored encrypted, never exposed to the browser.
• Usage data: content created, API calls made, and billing activity.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the TwinTone platform, process payments, communicate about your account, and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored on AWS (us-east-1) with encryption at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens are encrypted at the application layer before database storage. Access is logged and audited.

4. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@twintone.ai.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where required for legal compliance.

6. Children's Privacy

TwinTone does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us immediately.
